Organization
Collaborative Church Solutions, Inc. is a three-person team with years of local church experience. We specialize in pastoral and strategic ministry leadership, church administration, communications, worship design, entrepreneurial ministry, and grant writing.
Communication
Create a communications process outlining how church staff and volunteer leaders develop and distribute content to inform members and promote events to the community. Train the communications staff on using calendars (property use, scheduling, social media) to organize this process.
